The Cat in the Hat Visits TGS
Celebrating the birthday of Dr. Seuss was great fun at TGS this week. Students were entertained by guest readers throughout the week. Mrs. Castillo and Charity read Green Eggs and Ham to K-2 students during lunch on Tuesday.
The Cat in the Hat (aka Dr. Cheney) read "The Cat in the Hat Comes Back" to Pre-2nd grade in the library on Thursday. The Cat in the Hat was honored to have a group picture with the preschool through 2nd graders after the story. "The Tescott students were an awesome audience and such good listeners! I will come back and read to this group again," replied the Cat.
