I believe that early childhood education is vitally important to the success of our children both in school and life. I believe that investing in children's emotional and social development also leads to a child's ability to be successful in school. I am excited to be part of the USD240 team of educators. I am looking forward to seeing how much the children grow and learn throughout this year. I graduated from Kansas State University in 1995 with a degree in psychology. After working in the district as a substitute teacher, I decided to go back to school and obtain a degree in elementary education. This is my third year teaching at Twin Valley. My husband, Chris, and I have three children. Olivia will be in 8th grade and Ava and Eli will be in 6th grade. I love being part of the Twin Valley team of educators.
