I received a Bachelor of Science degree for grades K-9 and a minor in music from Wesleyan University in 2003 and received my Special Education degree from Kansas State University in 2006. Besides teaching special education, I have taught second grade and have been a reading specialist for the last four years.
I was born and raised on a farm in Nebraska but have lived in the Salina area for about 20 years. I am married and have three wonderful boys, a daughter in-law and a beautiful granddaughter. I enjoy the outdoors, traveling, scuba diving and playing the piano.
