CARGILL COMMUNITY SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

 

Program Highlights

*Scholarships for high-school seniors living in Cargill communities

*350 students will receive $1,000 scholarships

*Students' high-school library will receive a $200 grant

 

Eligibility

*Students are selected based on academic achievement, extracurricular and other activities

*Scholarships are non-renewable

*Available for full-time, undergraduate study only

*Students must plan to enroll in a two- or four-year college or university in fall 2006

ESA FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP

Criteria:  Applicant must be the following:

A senior high school student who will be an incoming college freshman student who ranks in the upper 25% or his/her graduating class, OR have a minimum GPA of 3.0, OR a minimum score of ACT 22/SAT 950;

MONSANTO COMMITMENT TO AGRICULTURE SCHOLARSHIP

Established in 1999, Monsanto has awarded farm youth pursuing an education and career in agriculture with over $1 million. This year, in in partnership with the National Association of Farm Broadcasters, Monsanto will once again award 100 high school seniors with $1,500 scholarships.  Application deadline is February 15, 2006.  Program details and an application form are posted at www.monsanto.com.
