Attention Animal Lovers:  Have you ever wanted to work with animals?  Get up close and personal with a lion?  Be a snake charmer?  You can hang out with a bunch of apes this summer and we're not talking about your friends!  Become a Zoo Teen at Rolling Hills Wildlife Adventure. For students age 13 to 17, application materials are available in your counselor's office, but are only available for a limited time, so stop by to pick yours up today.

What Do Zoo Teens Do?

The Rolling Hills Wildlife Adventure Zoo Teen Program is an exciting way for students, age 13 to 17 years, to explore the possibilities of a career in zoo sciences.  Zoo Teens volunteer as Education Assistants during Day Camps as well as assist the education department with zoo overnights, badge workshops, and outreach programs.  The program also gives the opportunity to gain a better understanding of how zoological facility functions.  The Zoo is seeking positive, responsible, enthusiastic students with an interest in learning about wildlife and who can effectively interact with Rolling Hills guests.  Applications are accepted January-February each year.  See the school counselor for an application.
