KSHSAA is honoring Veteran's at all Sectional football playoff games this week. On Nov 15 versus Peabody, any veteran and/or active military plus 1 guest will be admitted free.
Reminder, only KSHSAA passes can be accepted during playoffs. Admission is $8 adults, $6 students.

On Nov 18, JHBB teams will travel to Centre. Centre will facilitate games in 2 gyms. JV boys & Varsity girls will play at 5 PM. JV girls & Varsity boys will immediately follow (approx 6 PM).

THS FB plays Peabody on Friday at Yeager Stadium in Tescott. Kickoff is at 7 PM. KSHSAA gate prices are $8 adults, $6 students with no passes accepted. We have a rematch from Week #1 of the season where the Trojans lost by 1-point. This is going to be a good one!

Tescott will host Altonna Midway on Friday, Nov 8, at 6 PM for regional football playoffs. No passes may be accepted. KSHSAA Gate Prices are $8 per adult, $6 per student/child. Come support the Trojans!

THS Freshman, Brody Thompson, finished 13th at the Sabetha Regional on Saturday, October 26. Breonna Peterson, THS Junior, finished 7th at Sabetha. Both runners qualified for 1A State Cross Country on November 2 in Wamego, this coming Saturday. Head Cross Country Coach Jeff Mick is also pictured with his runners. Tescott 8th & 10th graders traveled to Bennington to participate in Reality U. Reality U helps youth acquire personal financial education to prepare them for their lives as adults – all packed into a highly interactive 75-minute simulation of life!

THS' Fall Community Service day was a success on Wednesday, Oct 23. Thank you Mrs. Laack and FFA for organizing the event. A huge thank you to our students who accomplished so many projects: picked up trash from around town, raked walnuts, landscaped the Ag building, removed rotted raised beds, trimmed bushes, painted gym walls, assisted at the city office, and more. #TrojanPride





THS VB moved on to Substate at Beloit on Saturday, 2 PM. Cross-country regionals are at Sabetha, 10:30 AM, on Saturday. We will have a short pep rally, recognize both teams, and send them off. Community and parents are invited to attend. Pep rally will begin at 3:10 in the main gym. #TrojanPride

THS 3D Design class is designing and building a part for the school trailer using a 3D printer. The replacement part was priced at $2400. Students are creating our own in class and hope to test next week! #realworldapplication #TrojanPride

The NPL Volleyball tournament is this Saturday, Oct 12, 9 AM. No passes accepted. Admission is $6 adults and $5 students per NPL policy. Tescott Ladies secured an opportunity to be in the top bracket playing in Tescott this year! Come support the ladies this Saturday.

William Allen White qualifiers left bright and early Saturday morning to travel to Emporia for the 72nd annual William Allen White Children's Book Award Ceremony. They got to meet the author's, get their books signed, play some games, of course hit Starbucks and watch the award's ceremony of this year's winners. After experiencing a college cafeteria for lunch it was time to head back home. This year's 3-5 grade winner was McCall Hoyle for the book Stella and the 6-8 grade winner was Alan Gratz for the book Ground Zero.
