The Board of Education of Twin Valley School USD 240 hereby notifies the Ottawa and Saline County Clerks of the Revenue Neutral Rate Intent;
USD 240 does NOT plan to exceed the Revenue Neutral Rate for the 26-27 year. A Revenue Neutral Rate Hearing will be held on August 24th , 2026 at 6:00 pm at the District Office, 107 North Nelson, Bennington Kansas for the purpose of satisfying the requirement for the hearing should actual mill rates increase above the estimates causing the district to exceed the RNR.
